Maybe Bungie could add a crucible game mode where the afk and the crap players can join to complete their milestones. Like a waiting room. They can go there for 5 visits and do nothing for 8 minutes per visit and complete it. Then they wouldn't affect the players who are actually trying to win, and for those who enjoy playing crucible.
