1. Holiday season.
2. Digital sales are far outstripping physical copy sales for ALL games this fall. So retailers are marking down the discs in order to clear their inventory.
But you will still pay $60 for it if you order a digital copy off of PSN.

I'm aware hard copy sales are down, but where is the proof that the digital made up the decline in hard copy sales?
