Started 2013, I think? The one before the ne with Chandra on the cover. Started as a Red deck, then a Black, presently my main deck is a Blue Eldrazi deck, though I'm going to make it Blue/Red so as to add the Herald of Kozilek in it. Played mainly digitally, with 2014, less so with 2015, and heavily with Duels, though I stopped for a while after Oath of the Gatewatch, because I got stuck on the last mission. Just finished Eldritch Moon a week ago. Started playing physically during Battle of Zendikar, and I definitely prefer physical cards. The Shadows Over Innestrad/Eldritch Moon story was awesome, but now that I finished it, I'm really discouraged to continue. It had quite possibly the best ending ever, but I doubt they can top Eldritch horror for me. Even with Nicol Bolas. By the by, any lore experts? Were Ulamog and Kozilek killed? It said they were "felled" but that is so lame if it's possible to kill them. Edit: Favorite card (gameplay); Emrakul, the Aeons Torn Favorote card (lore/illustration); Emrakul, the Promised End

    • I played back during Ice Age and stopped around 7th edition I believe it was. I used to run a 45 card Yawgmoth's bargain and Will combo deck. I could setup an infinite loop and deal a stupid amount of damage. I'd always have it set and win on the 3rd turn too. I've also ran Prosperous Bloom decks, Megrim, Goblin Tinkerer decks, just about most of the old school builds I've played. Whether it's the core version or a variant.

      • Started halfway through 2013 I run multi color decks, favorite color is black No particular format Each of my decks are hand crafted by myself with any card from any expansion up to the year the deck was made My favorite cards are Ob Nyxilis of the Black Oath, Urborg, Tomb of Yogmoth, and any Eldrazzi, particularly Ruin Processor. My favorite decks to make are Black, Red, and Blue, mixed color control decks. They always work. At least the ones I make do.

      • I started with the first Mirrodin block. Mirrodin quickly became one of my favorite planes; I liked that they brought it back with New Phyrexia. However, my best deck ended up being a zombie deck that focused on Grixis colors. I never did get to create my dream Myr deck.

      • Started early 2013. Fell out of it cause the people I played with moved and I'm not dropping the constant $$ for standard. Currently have Jund, Jeskai, and Grixis modern decks. Gradually fixing them up with upper tier staple lands, sorcerers, and instants. I run whatever creature I'm feeling at the time. Favorite color is black, preferred the rakdos and jund combinations.

I started back in like 96, my dad got me into it when I was a kid. Haven't played in a while, though occasionally my wife plays too. Back in the day I mostly played green or red decks. I'm not really familiar with any of the recent blocks. The last big one I was into was mirrodin, by far one of my favorites. My two main decks are a Leonin based white/artifact(equipment) deck and a pure artifact deck based entirely on myr.
