Below are facts and nothing else.
Lowest melee range out of any class.
Situational super, but one shots everything.
Can be killed while in animation.
Grenade similar to tripmine. Cannot stick. 2-3 shot.
Titan skating. (Edit. Arguablly done on warlock and hunter, awaiting results. Bones of eao agility builds are faster confirmed.)
Reasonable melee and buff perks. (aftermath included)
Shoulder charge one shot. Takes up a perk slot. Requires charge window, and can be killed easily with a shotgun or teamshot/ team melee. Requires awareness to counter. Good for inferno.
These are facts. Unbiased, as i play all three classes. Make your choice.

BUNGIE FINAL ASSESMENT: NO NERF NEEDED! Now bungie shouldnt nerf them. With over 300 votes, no nerf incoming.

Are people really wanting to nerf striker? Strikers can't spam grenades, they don't have ridiculous melee range, and their supers are pretty limited in range. What can people be crying about?
-
Strikers are the new Mida. Mida was always reliable, balanced, middle of the pack and fun. Everything got nerfed to the ground and Mida was the only thing left untouched. You saw what happened next.
-
Bungie are you listening? The poll numbers are clear! Get off your asses and start doing nothing about changing this absolutely fine subclass! Sorry I just like to word all of my posts so they sound like a complaint.
-
I think u mean unofficial
-
only thing I have against strikers is juggernaught. but you can't use shoulder if you use it so I guess it's fine
-
Strikers have never changed in the history of destiny. Strikers was made purfect from day one. Strikers are the destiny benchmark.
BUNGIE FINAL ASSESMENT: NO NERF NEEDED! Now bungie shouldnt nerf them. With over 300 votes, no nerf incoming.
Did Bungie reply to this thread? Did they specifically tell you "We aren't nerfing strikers"? No? There ya go.
300 votes, although a lot, isn't that much in the games perspective, with millions of players playing Destiny everyday.

On a side note, your grammar is horrendous.
Two changes I'd like to see as a scrubby Warlock whose opinion is clearly invalid. 1) Shoulder Charge to consume half of Storm Fists's charge, it isn't a huge penalty but it puts some restriction on it seeing as it is an instant kill. For everyone who says it takes skill to use, there are just as many instances where it's a panic press when you find someone around a corner as there are well-executed moves. 2) Make Lightning Grenades more well defined. For a grenade that does at least 61% of standard player health, Lightning Grenades have a large radius that is very poorly conveyed with the animation, with damage dealt in places that the recipient would not have been able to avoid if judging by eye. Go on, hate me for wanting such changes. Before anyone calls me a Warlock who is salty about Firebolts, I'm a Voidwalker :P
-
I hate 2 things about Titans: Shoulder charge because because even though I see it coming I can't get my shotgun out fast enough so I might as well wave to them. But that's my own fault no nerf necessary. Lighting grenade because my dumbass will stand there and try to finish my gun battle or get stuck on something while trying to run and slowly get electrocuted to death. But that's my own fault no nerf necessary.

Skate speed should be accepted as a part of the class and scaled based on your agility stat. Not a nerf per se but you shouldn't have middle agility and still be whizzing past characters that had to take armor/recovery penalties for max agility. That's not even a striker thing that's just a Titan thing. Strikers are fine where they are.
-
If someone says that shoulder charge is OP they need to use a shotgun or stop getting outplayed
-
It's balanced, striker has always been one of the more balanced classes since day one.
-
A well seasoned titan can do serious damage with the garrison pre nerf. But I've noticed a tremendous set back for me at least since I can't double garrison. Not op, garrison could use a buff again.
-
I main a striker and shoulder charge is just fine as is. I found that I didn't like being didn't like being shoulder charged myself and trip mined so I built max armour with an added arc armour piece...result. Can tank shoulder charges or a full trip mine. Saved me numerous times. I am kinda slow which is alleviated with a Mida.
-
Shoulder charge needs to be looked at for sure, but how to fix it without nerfing it into the ground? Maybe decreased time to activate it but they definitely shouldn't mess with the damage Lighting grenades are really good because of their cone, so if anything slightly decrease the cone rather than anything else
-
Stirkers are good if you can land the hit but horrible if you miss. And as a warlock, shoulder charge is not op it can be avoid by jumping or moving to the side, and for fist of panic just run
-
As a striker I would always be down for a striker buff. However, that's only cause I like buffing, strikers don't need a buff or a nerf. Maybe a pve buff but that's it
-
Guys, seriously why are there so many people hammering on shouldercharge lately? Haven't seen it this much before. Genuine question btw.. Is shouldercharge simply the next thing in line to get cried for nerfes?
-
What could be even seen as OP about the Striker? It's completely fine
-
If you idiots get Titans nerfed in any way I will no longer blame Bungo for their shortcomings.
-
Edited by thor_hammer_82: 6/18/2016 9:18:22 PMstriker can be good if used properly. striker is a high risk to reward subclass. if you miss shoulder charge your screwed, if you charge into a group of two or more shotgunners intending to fist of havoc them your screwed. it has a decent neutral game but still has a lot of weaknesses under its strengths. i think it comes down to lazy people not wanting to learn how to play a class and people too lazy to learn how to counter a class reguardless of hunter, titan, or warlock
-
-or, you have shoulder charge which doesnt need to charge. if you played more than 1 pvp match ever youll understand how freaking easy it is and also combate effective in other ways other than attack. you can kill a hunter in any of their supers with it. solution: throwing knife nerf -you can use exotics or perks to be completely impossible to kill when doing your super. -and titans can skate the fastest without any exotic or any needed extras. bones is ok but is outshined by many exotics
-
Not going to even bother reading the comments but I know well there's some clueless player that is crying for a Striker nerf. Bungie already nerfed arguably the most balanced class in the game (RIP Tripmines), don't give them an excuse to nerf this one.
-
It doesn't have to be OP for it to get nerfed. Bungie nerfs are based on player usage.

Edited by Lady: 6/19/2016 2:21:15 AMOK for the people crying over another fkn nerf (Yes that's most of you by the comments that all sound like coming from hunters even by OP because why else make this post) There is nothing wrong with shoulder charge - Yes it takes up a perk like shadestep but guess what Titan's don't have exotic gear that gives us shoulder charge to use another perk (Can you imagine being able to run juggernaut and shoulder charge? now THAT would be OP) AND it has to be timed well (with the other person shooting at you - HUGE risk) but if you get shoulder charged so often then you are just absolutely clueless unaware of the radar and put yourself in a bad situation OR were surrounded. Yes it's a 1 hit kill (as it should be for taking a major risk of being team shot or shut down by a shotgun) but guess what so is back stab, oh I mean front stab (been around since launch and still wasn't fixed - Bungo's lies again) Titan's melee range is an absolute joke, they can't even touch themselves even if they wanted to. Lightning grenades - Can't stick and if you're stupid enough to stand on them that's your own fault. Shit happens. If flash bangs lasted another second or two and with a wider range i'd use them more often (atm they are situational and pretty good to use in Trials on a map like firebase delphi) Easy to shutdown a Titan super (and in mid animation which I think is wrong but oh well) easily team shoot/shotgun/snipe/fusion (you know the weapons you're given with perks that you can chose from, equip and use in the Crucible) Situational super, but one shots everything. - As it should because Hulk smash, not tickle smash. Duh. I play all 3 classes but Titan is the one I have the most fun on. Nothing wrong with it kids, doesn't need changing, it got it's tiny buff it needed and happy days so just go and enjoy the fkn game rather than cry nerfs eh? :)

Shoulder charge needs LOOKING at, mostly just the fact it has too much room for error on where and when you can use it. You -shouldn't- be able to slide in to a shoulder charge, that's a problem. Otherwise? Strikers are very balanced. Juggernaut shotgunners get irritating but after you've died once or twice to the same person, you quickly pick up their movement pattern and proceed to destroy them.
