Shoulder charge needs LOOKING at, mostly just the fact it has too much room for error on where and when you can use it.
You -shouldn't- be able to slide in to a shoulder charge, that's a problem. Otherwise? Strikers are very balanced. Juggernaut shotgunners get irritating but after you've died once or twice to the same person, you quickly pick up their movement pattern and proceed to destroy them.

Also, shoulder charge shouldn't do that thing where when someone is at a different elevation than you, it locks onto them and the Titan magically changes height to track the person and kill them. I main a Titan and I feel so dirty whenever that happens. It should be looked at

But at least arc blade had a reason to, because you could argue that you swung in that direction. With shoulder charge, I didn't hit jump and I magically rose off the ground to kill someone

Yeah, but blade and sc use the same targeting. If one goes, so does the other
