[Issue] A Sword Reforged quest: not activiating

I was able to activate the quest from Shaxx on both Sol Edge with my Titan and Arc Edge with my Warlock. But for some reason it's not working with Void Edge on my Hunter. now void edge is 294.

I have arc edge and the farm materials is glitch I've gotten 25 spinneateal from patrol no plane trey materials
