I have arc edge and the farm materials is glitch I've gotten 25 spinneateal from patrol no plane trey materials

For one the materials you need are pretty rare. You're going to need to pick up a helluva lot more than 25 before you get all time that you need. Secondly they only appear when your collecting materials out at spawn points, not from chests
