I preordered Destiny back in 2014, so I received the Blacksmith Shader and the Sparrow S-10V vehicle.
We traded in Destiny around December 2014, but did not delete the game file from the Xbox One. I just recently repurchased Destiny, and everything transferred smoothly. However, I still have my shader and vehicle in my inventory, but I'm unable to use them. It says "Requires Preorder Exclusive."
I don't understand why it didn't transfer my preorder purchase. Is there anyway to fix this?

Edited by YapperFlapper: 5/13/2015 1:03:33 AMIf you're using the same console which it sounds you are, FraserBaws is incorrect despite it being selected answer for some reason. Try restoring your licenses https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181

Edited by Fraser: 5/14/2015 3:23:37 PMI can't edit my post but Kellogs is correct, sorry for the confusion. I misunderstood your question the first time, as you said you "transferred" I thought you meant from 360 -> Xbox One. You will need to restore your licenses: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181

If you purchased Destiny for xb1 originally and got those pre-order items, you should be able to continue using them on xb1. If you purchased Destiny originally for 360, they do not transfer between console generations. There is a small file necessary for the pre-order items (like collector's edition content), and if they aren't on your console, you will get that message. If you didn't delete anything, those files should still be there, though. Did you get a new xb1 console, or are you using the same one you originally played Destiny on last year?

Hey Diirty, The pre-order promotional items such as Blacksmith shader are console specific and cannot be transferred between the consoles. You can find more info here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12233
