I can't edit my post but Kellogs is correct, sorry for the confusion. I misunderstood your question the first time, as you said you "transferred" I thought you meant from 360 -> Xbox One. You will need to restore your licenses: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181

Thank you! He was correct. I was able to just go into my Games and Apps and re install the sparrow, shader and armory.
