My Ruin Wings never work.
Either just my Ruin Wings suck, or this is the biggest bogus perk in all of Destiny. I have never gotten extra Heavy Drops. I think I do get a little more ammo per drop, but I can do a ROC strike with or without Ruin Wings and the results of the drop rate are the same +/- a small percentage.

5 RepliesPeople in this community really don't grasp the concept of 'Chances'. It might happen, and it might not happen. Even if the chances are altered. It will still remain random. And is completely up to your luck.
