People in this community really don't grasp the concept of 'Chances'.
It might happen, and it might not happen.
Even if the chances are altered. It will still remain random. And is completely up to your luck.

Except often is a guarantee. Synonyms: frequently, many times, repeatedly, regularly, routinely, etc. If you go an entire strike without seeing a heavy pack drop then it did not drop [i]often.[/i]

Often is relative.[/i] It's a matter of probability. Over time, heavy ammo will likely drop more often with Ruin Wings equipped than not having them equipped. That's all the exotic does.

Yeah I get that... It's hard to say how much I would have gotten not wearing them, but it seems like a bust right now.
