Even if there was a Tower location for finding raid partners, it wouldn't be as efficient as using these forums. Half the time you need to recruit people mid-raid/strike/mission. If you were in the habit of going to the Tower to do this, it would ultimately be way more stuffing around with loading screens when people using these forums would be just pulling up the bungie app on their phone and posting an ad/account to join. The recruitment section of these forums is great in my experience. I rarely struggle to find people. Yesterday I managed to find a Templar cp twice in a row in less than an hour, which was exactly what I was looking for.

The Tower is the absolute worst place for raids. Whenever I go to the tower as a 32 with Glowhoo, I get spammed invites. The worst kind of people are the ones who add those high lvls, and invite every high lvl that they added whenever they need help. Don't be that guy. The best way to find a team (out of game) is destinylfg.net You can do it on your phone. It's fast, and you can meet new people and make friends. You can use it for any event in destiny. From Daily's, and nightfall's, to raids in any difficulty and checkpoint. Good luck
