So all these rumors I've heard about Destiny being a "10 year game" were false huh. I understand the 'more grind, more money' aspect but at least recognize. How about this: give the veterans the [i]option[/i] to carry their characters (and hard-earned gear) over but start the noobs at level 40 LL 400. Thus it's a fresh start across the board but let's us keep what we've [i]worked so hard for![/i]

Perhaps our gear current gear may not fit into D2's game mechanics? It's a new game, and chances are things may not work the same way. I don't see why anyone would want to deal with this kind of backlash regard in regards to a sequel, unless they had to.

That's a horrible idea (imo). However fun the content in the game would be, there would be a massive lack of progression. I don't want to start at lvl 40 light 400, however high or low that is on the progression system. I want to start at level 1 and work my way up to be a high level, instead of waiting for new content to drop and playing for a week to get max light.

By "new features" I mean things like custom games, better customization options for our guardians and things along those lines. A bit on edge aren't you buddy?
