Perks should stack. (Heavy Weapon Ammo example.)

Hey Bungie, I noticed that as of the most recent patch, if a player has the extra heavy weapon ammo perk on multiple pieces of armour then it will only be counted once. I don't agree with that. Picture this. Say a Titan gets raid boots. All raid boots come with the extra heavy ammo perk. If they want to reach level 30 they absolutely must equip these boots (at least until they get Iron Banner boots or the Mk. 44 Stand Asides come along). Now they equip The Armamentarium which itself has the heavy ammo perk. Now one of those perks is rendered moot. I really see no problem with stackable perks. Being able to carry one more rocket is far from game breaking, it's yet another unnecessary nerf. Players still need to pick up the ammo in the first place. Please reconsider this change, and when you're done reconsidering it change it back. And on the subject of stackable perks, I got a Hide And Seek 42 (Dead Orbit Shotgun) with two Grenadier perks on it. They did not stack so I scrapped it since what was the point? If multiples of the same perk can be applied they ought to stack be it armour or weapon. I see no reason for that not to be the case. Thoughts?

This is even more prevalant now, with the new crota's end raid gear again having Heavy ammo boots and it still being unstackable and this being the only set of armor to reach 32 since new iron banner gear will only get you to 31. It seems to render the perks of these armors completely useless to end game characters I would think more variety for end game armor or a penalization for stacking rather than complete negation would be better e.g If you had a Machine gun that base max ammo was 100 then the first increase to ammo would add say 100% making it 200 then the next 50% making 250 then the next 25% making it 275 so there was not an overpowered amount of ammo to be gained by focusing on one attribute and you would be better off spreading your perks but this way you don't get nothing. Obviously these figures are just a suggestion and wouldn't neccesarily work for all weapons.
