Wow, look at how many people voted "no." It's almost as if a bunch of people are voting out of spite because of all the arrogant PC snobs that like to spit on console gamers. If I were one of the sensible PC gamers I'd be pissed at all the jerks that give them a bad name.

I've been reading the comments since quite a lot of people voted no and seem to hate pc gamers. All I can say is those people are displaying the same arrogance they get annoyed at. I'm a pc gamer first and console gamer second. I went through a phase with an xbox 360 because it was the affordable solution when my motherboard broke and I needed to do a full refit to start again. Now I have a nice new pc because I could afford it and I don't think much of next gen for their lack of performance capabilities and the ridiculous amount of charging for everything. I get annoyed at arrogant pc gamers trying to look down on consoles. Just becausd they have tbe money to pay for something they'd never use to its full potential. At the end of the day consoles were supposed to be the affordable option so everyone could enjoy the current leading games but not anymore. You can go out and spend an extra £100 and get a pc that outperforms the next gen consoles and not just graphically. So why wouldn't you? By the time you buy the console, your online subscription and your first game you'd already have spent as much as the pc would have cost you and on the pc you'd be making a saving in comparison from there on out. Don't get me wrong, I get that people want to show support to their prefered company but there's showing support and tben there is blindly spouting nonsense about something you can't actually justify. I know a fair few pc gamers, all of which would usually prefer to keep to themselves but are finding that they have to fight their corner while being judged by the standards of a few. So don't be so quick to judge or insult pc gamers and avoid looking no different to the people you so passionately hate. Pc gamers deserve destiny as much as the rest of you and anyone who thinks otherwise doesn't deserve to call themselves a gamer. In the meantime I'll play destiny on my 360 until it comes out on pc. And yes I understand there is an irony in my choice of console based on the online fee but it was second hand and cheap when I got it and I found it to fit my preferences better as a gamer compared to a ps3. Both were great consoles after all but designed for different types of players.

Why would they put the game on PC? Many of you playing pc would just pirate the game anyway instead of purchasing it. That is one reason I can think of in favor of keeping Destiny on consoles. Some clown would probably ddos the pc servers just for sh.its anyway, it just happened to pso2's servers.

Its nice to see a one sided community been a while since it happened on here, shame it won't make a difference. I am a pc gamer and a console gamer. I don't really care what platform as long as the games are good. Now to the matter at hand. Activision (hence forth I shall reffer to as actiblizzard) knows more about marketing and production of mmo's than any other firm. They have said at an interview at gamescon that a pc version is a natural fit, translation its coming to pc cos we want more money and we know it will sell. Bungie have said they won't support a pc version while supporting 4 other platforms as they don't have the resources. Now ps3 and xbox360 only get destiny and the single comet dlc, the major expansion, coupled with the other 2 that have been shown. In total all done within 3 months, no necessarily released but finished on work wise. Add the steam library leak of march release and you have a good indication of whats going to happen. Sometime around christmas there will be a big push to get players onto ps4 and xb1 for destiny. March a pc version is announced. May dlc hits June xbox360 and ps3 services to be reduced and server close datas announced August pc version launches as xbox360 and ps3 servers are reduced to make way. November xbox360 and ps3 servers shutdown compeletely. While this is all guess work. You really don't expect a game that is "designed" for next gen to support the last gen consoles for longer than a year?

I'd like a PC version but only if it didn't allow the use of a mouse. Mouse isn't fun and it would give an advantage in PVP so that's why I never play PC games online anymore.

I used to be a PC/Console gamer back in the day of the PS2/XBOX. Back then I had a pretty shit hot gaming PC. Then I got married. By then my usual money got spunked on my wedding, new flat, car etc. So I flogged (sold) my gaming PC. My PS2 also had issues so I stuck with the xbox. By then I'd forgotten my PC gaming past but still kept up with what was coming out/updated. Anyway, last year. Star Citizen hit the news and Chris Roberts, creator of Wing Commander was selling it to the Kickstarter crowd. I was going to donate (thinking it would be multi platform after watching him play an early alpha using an xbox controller) until I saw an interview and when asked what platforms it will be released for? His answer (laughing his arse off) PC EXCLUSIVE. With an implied 'my game is gonna be so good that consoles won't run it'... I was like 'well -blam!- you, elitist' (David Braben is also releasing Elite Dangerous and he stated that it may, just may, be released on consoles). Since then I'm console only. I do not miss the days of PC gaming. Frantically studying the back of a game sleeve to see if my rig would run it. Now I just pick up a game for my console and know it is gonna run at its best. I hope PC gamers get Destiny, but let them sweat it out for a little while.

It's no good doing a poll on here mate. Too much hate for PC and will vote No through shear spite :) It will come though . They just want to make it sell more Consoles first.

Look at all them console fan-boys. I made a thread yesterday where I listed some of the features which I think should be included in the PC version of Destiny.

My guess is if Destiny is successful or sells well there will be a PC version
