Good except for more friendships created. PC "Master Race" is counter to that point.
-
> Implying the mayority of PC gamers is like that. Hah.
-
Is it? Does the majority consider themselves that?
-
You assume that the vocal minority is actually the majority - you are wrong. There are many people that like to play a game a lot more than comparing their rig and ejaculate in the PC master circlejerk. I've met quite a few swell people on Steam while gaming - three guys fron Germany, one from Finland and a girl from Malta just for example.
-
You are assuming I even meant majority, when I carefully worded my statement as to not reflect that. This conversation is pointless now.
-
Your
Does the majority consider themselves that?
can be taken like you meant it in spite; it sometimes is quite difficult to express oneself in a manner that does not evoke the wrong reaction from the reader. This conversation doesn't have to be pointless if you don't want it to be.

I was asking seriously.
-
I realise this now.

The PC (pirate community) will ruin Destiny, that's why u don't need it until after the 2nd installment.
The PC (pirate community).
Let's keep pretending pirating is happening only on PC, shall we?

A year old Jace Hall article. That's scrapping the bottom of the barrel. PC users will ruin Destiny with mods, dps mods, threat mods, boss fight mods etc...... Let us play the game the way Bungie intended before your pirate community gets a hold of it and turn it into WoW. After 2 years the console community will be far enough ahead that those mods won't completely destroy it for us.

Mods are bad. The first PC players to use an auto aim bot/mod = ruined game.
-
Yes to this multiple time over. I can only hope.
-
Just what I was about to say
-
I honestly don't get the people that voted no. It doesn't effect you so why deprive someone else of the game? I still think destiny should have been "nextgen" and pc exclusive. The people buying on pc would make up for those that would have gotten it on lastgen. That way it'd be 1080p 60fps
-
I think only certain pc people should get it because they are the handful of pc gamers who actually respect someone who prefers a console and doesn't try to preach too you on how much better the pc is. Every destiny vid I go on there is a pc elitist saying destiny sucks because it isn't coming to pc. Also mods would ruin destiny.
-
You get it.
-
Indeed I do.

One of us. One of us. One of us. Of course your positives are still positive, but my negatives aren't negated.
-
OP's pros are actual, tangible, helpful, good things, your cons are literally just people bitching on the internet. Priorities.
-
Yeah, but people take the forums pretty seriously Also, I agree with the pros. Just thought I'd try to think of cons.
-
The people who wouldn't do that shouldn't have to miss out on the game just because of the people who will.
-
I said there were negatives, I did not say that the negatives outweigh the positives. The people you describe as missing out will only miss out because they don't have one of four consoles. While they deserve to be able to play the game as much as everyone else, we didn't make the game and therefore don't make the rules. So advocate for a PC version, but realize that Bungie makes the final decision regardless of the positives or negatives we come up with.
