List the flaws in your all-time favourite game(s)

No game is perfect. Well, let's forget Ms. 'Splosion Man for now. The enormous majority of games aren't perfect, and even the greatest you've ever played or your favourite has some flaws, right? So what are they? [b]Halo 3[/b] Lot of problems with the Campaign, such as no story for half the game, a rubbish last few levels, and a very obvious attempt at a peak. Sandbox was also overcrowded with unnecessary Brute weapons. [b]Half-Life [/b] Xen's colour pallet made me want to throw up. On a Rail is the most -blam!-ing tedious level Valve has ever produced, dare I say it even worse than Water Hazard in HL2 (no, actually, because the -blam!-ing hovercraft is terrible on the 360 controller). [b]Myst[/b] Selenitic Age mine-ride puzzle. 'Nuff said. Bug or not, actually accessing the Selenitic Age with the goddamn music sliders and the organ was impossible for so long. [b]Riven[/b] Far too gargantuan a single age for its own good, because it was hard to keep track of where everything was, which was very necessary for the Fire Marble puzzle. [b]BioShock[/b] Just plain nosedived in terms of plot quality after dat reveal. And what the -blam!- was the point in forcing us to use one Plasmid for a period of time? Just a curveball? [b]Skyrim[/b] Buggy AI, buggy physics, buggy many things.

            [b]Halo 2[/b] Only problem with halo 2 is the matchmaking modders, stand byers and bridgers. Other than that it was Purrrrrrfect [b]Skyrim[/b] Little bit of a better storyline would have been nice Dragon fights are WAY too easy. All you had to do was go to the back of the dragon and spam the attack button. Was never killed by a dragon once which is proof dragon fights were too easy. Never really experienced these glitches that everyone always complains about and I played the crap out of Skyrim.

            [b]Battlefield 4[/b] Dat laggy netcode. Motha fecking counterknife - I want to murder someone over that. The ridiculous ease to shrek pilots, it's great when you can take out any aircraft on your own with the press of a button but it does feel cheap and if you are on the receiving end it's frustrating. Battlepacks could have been great but are full of shit instead. [b]Fallout 3[/b] It's not aged as well as I would have liked, especially when vegas is brought into the question. [b]GTA V[/b] Not my all time favourite but it needs a mention, story was perfect but the postgame is as boring as watching paint dry. Police are just instant raep machines if you so much as slug someone in the head.

              Dark souls 2- several lackluster bosses when compared to dark souls 1 (too many knights) Final Fantasy Tactics Advanced- pretty easy, no multiplayer, doesn't get the attention it deserves Halo 3- I'm sure it's flaws will be listed dozens of times in this thread so I won't even bother Jak 3- short and easy compared to jak 2, there's no jak 4

                  • Tiberium Wars: No amphibious or burrowing units. Some minor continuity goofs. NO WALLS! The Forgotten were left out of the story. No Tiberium creatures. And the game ended on a cliffhanger that it's sequel literally forgot about (But that's more of a knock to C&C4).

                  • DMC3 Vergil's mode blows. While playing as Vergil was fun, playing through his missions wasn't (imo) 'cause he didn't have his own seperate missions, the whole damn thing was literally a copy/paste of Dante's playthrough, you even fought a red coat wearing Vergil... This was probably one of the most disappointing aspects of the game and personally, I blame the devs for being lazy... Given the cutscenes you see that involve Vergil, there was enough there to give him his own unique missions, albeit the number of missions would have probably been significantly less compared to Dante's, but at least the player would be doing the stuff that Vergil actually did... I.e. fighting Dante (not himself ffs) 3 times, killing Beowulf after he's defeated by Dante and doing whatever miscellaneous task leading up to the final battle etc... Hell maybe even a short boss battle between Mundus and Vergil... One thing that I can say lolNinja Theory did right with their shitty fanfic of a reboot is Vergil's mode. It may have been a DLC (which is -blam!-ing stupid, but I'm sure Crapcom is to blame for that) but at least it had its own unique experience...

                        • jak 3 -short campaign -unexplained change of heart halfway through the game -difficulty in finding all 600 precursor orbs modern warfare 2 -extremely unbalanced -tacked on spec-ops -campaign is rubbish until after the favela mission -noob-tubes -trick-shooters batman: arkham city -batman looks like a -blam!- (his costume looks uber gay) -short campaign -open-world only allowed with batman infamous: second son -very short (took me 4 days to platinum the game) -evil choices don't make as much sense as they should -important characters get brushed aside too quickly pokemon: soul silver (or silver) -starters are useless -lack of decent grass pokemon -over-abundance of water pokemon -weird story pacing -game is not self-contained (to be fair, i have this problem with all pokemon games) crash bandicoot 2: cortex strikes back -controllers are dated (but good for it's time) -literally no other problems i can think of
