It's no secret than a majority of the negative things in D2 right now (bad exotics, insanely long ability cooldowns, fixed rolls on guns, etc.) are because of their attempt to balance pvp, and nothing has changed in pvp. They just moved the inbalance to other areas of the game. Teamshotting has made the game stale and boring in pvp, and we still have guns that easily outshine everything else (mida and uriels with high cal rounds to give an example). Fixed loadouts and stats in crucible would allow for the game to still be competitive without further harming the pve experience. Sorry crucible guys, but many things were made to cater towards a minority and it failed.
