They could add so mant cool things with a more open world. I'd like to see them incorporate World bosses. There could be maybe 5 bosses on the planet altogether with Randomly timed spawns across the entirety of the map. Their spawns aren't set, so you could be fighting one boss on one side of the map and he could respawn on the other. These bosses could have drops that could be used to make gear (weapons/armor) with the theme of the race of the boss.
That's just me imagining, but it would be amazing if that was in the game IMO

Kind of like how the Taken spawn or the wolves were prowling? I like that idea. If they introduced crafting, that might turn some people off because it isn't an RPG. But I think it would be cool to craft gear based on enemy types. You like to kill fallen and how they look, here's your fallen themed armor and so on. There's a lot of ideas and I'm sure the community has better ideas than the company.

Yea I guess more RPG elements in Destiny could possibly turn players away, but I feel like it'd help the game achieve a substantial amount of depth without losing that FPS feel. Which could, in turn draw more loyal fans into the game. Destiny has the potential to be something legendary if they embrace its full potential

I'm with you on that one. We already have sub classes and skill trees, they need to expand on that. I'm open to idea of adding in RPG elements.
