Completely Recreate Astrocyte Verse perk
Title says it all. This "Exotic" is absolute trash.

1 ReplyChange the exotic perk to "Unwavering Gaze: You keep your HUD and gain a more detailed radar after using Blink." I probably still wouldn't use it over my Ophidian Aspects, but it might be at least an option.
