Change the exotic perk to "Unwavering Gaze: You keep your HUD and gain a more detailed radar after using Blink."
I probably still wouldn't use it over my Ophidian Aspects, but it might be at least an option.

This is a fantastic idea. If they did this I would probably use AV instead of Ophidian Aspect in PvP.
