Sometimes, my armor will glow, almost pulsate, a bright color on the trimmings. Other times, it'll sit there as a dull, static, almost sickly orange. Is this intentional? Does something control this, like the weather or time of day where I'm at? Or is this a glitch? What do others see when I'm seeing it as a dull, static orange rather than a vibrant glow? I would love to have my armor at a magnificent glow 100% of the time.
