I'm getting more and more convinced bungie doesn't know how to measure latency, and when they say "connection quality", they only look at bandwidth. One of their network developers is a moron and he's probably going all "oh shit oh shit oh shit, everybody else in my team is going to figure out how much I screwed up any time". Also, if they did stop the bullshit with playstation exclusive, you could have matchmaking through BOTH communities (other games proved that it is possible), and you'd get twice as many players to choose from. Wow, mind blown. but no, they're hard at work on destiny2, and their damage control officer (#deej) is the one shovelling all the crap through.
