Why are there no new exotics sidearms?
The only exotic sidearm was dregs promise, which was crap and a year one exotic. I think bungie should make a few exotic side arms that are worth using.

Probably because sidearms were thrown together and nothing is actually new or better yet, nothing new has been actually made since sidearms, the new raid and such are all from before sidearms were conceived.

1 ReplyWhat if they also made like an exotic double barrel shotgun, the exotic perk could be like dragons breath rounds that have a chance to ignite the enemy and the ability to shoot both bullets at the same time.

I would love an exotic y2 sidearm. My main staple is my Ironwreath but to swap that for an exotic would be exciting. Even a year 2 Dreg's would be neat. Pulse-fire sidearm? Sign me up.

1 ReplyIt would be really cool to have a set of dual-wielded sidearms that each do different damage types. For example, the left hand pistol shoots arc damage while the right hand pistol does solar. It would be a unique and creative way to make an exciting exotic sidearm

Yeah, a new exotic Sidearm would be pretty cool. Just leave the weapon designing to them. They just have to see that people really want this.
