Side arms are amazing if you can use them correctly, I'm not trying to be mean, I'm just informing you.

But also have it so that rapid fire will make each shot less accurate. That way you can rapid fire someone up close, or take some slow shots from a far. Either one won't have the fastest kill time but it will make the sidearm very versatile.

Havoc pigeon with rangefinder, outlaw, and rifled barrel does great at extended ranges and can easily pull 4-5 round kills. I think it's more about people having to put in effort with a secondary to get a kill. All other types are one or two trigger pulls, sidearms take more concentration to use.
