Spark of light question
So I just got a package from the post master with 3 sparks of light.
I have not bought the taken king dlc, and have 3 level 34 characters.
I'm guessing that 1) I shouldn't have gotten these, and 2) I cannot use these without buying taken king.
My question is, what does the spark if light do of you already have all 3 characters leveled past 25? Cause I see no reason to delete and start over

Just keep in in your vault. Cuz you never know. Bungie might have another use for them in the future

The upgrade did work for me. I took a level 9 Hunter to a level 24 Hunter and I do not have TTK. I would try to upgrade a character if you have them. What's the worst that could happen? Your character is still the same level! It does not increase your progression on the subclasses though....

I think some people werent recieving theirs, so bungie just gave a few to everyone in a ninja update

8 RepliesI had the same experience. I logged in and found 3 sparks of light at the postmaster. I only have two characters and one is a lvl 9. I thought it was Bungie's nice nude to buy TTK. Now I think it's just a glitch. But I am going to try it on my lvl 9. :)

8 RepliesI experienced this weirdness earlier: when I logged in today it prompted me to buy the Taken King, even though I've had it since it released. Then it said TTK activity was locked off to me. After I went between a few screens everything was back to normal; but I had a package at the postmaster containing two sparks of light. Not that I'm complaining, but it sure was weird.
