Got my TTK refunded by Microsoft with no questions asked.
I have submitted a refund request to your financial institution for the purchase price of the item. Your financial institution will receive the request from Microsoft within the next 72 hours, but the time it takes to reflect on your credit card statement will depend on your financial institution. You can check the refund on billing.microsoft.com and I have this concern documented with case number: ********** for reference purposes.

That's the way to handle it if you can - simply print out the Usage Conditions screen capture from the URL in my post and use it to challenge the charge on your credit card. When I was at the Microsoft store in Austin, TX I explained that this was what I was going to do - and they just gave me credit on the spot to avoid the charge-back. If you do challenge the charge, and you succeed, it is not unclear what happens to the TTK DLC content. In the 48hrs since I got my credit it has not disappeared from my console and remains playable by the primary account only (unless you use the dual controller hack).
