I personally say that the Hive and the Taken are the two that actually seem evil. What is everyone's opinion?
Edit 1: not a single vote on fallen or taken lol
Edit 2: only 1% of the voters think the fallen are evil.
Edit 3: y'all are blowing my iPod up lol
Edit 4: Butthurt believes the Hive are the master race
Edit 5: this poll was a mistake. Lol.

Luke Smith is the ultimate evil.

"As ghost and the guardian took their first steps on venus, a red eye hidden in the marshes fixated their gaze. "None of them new what it was" "Did anybody else see that?", ghost asks" "His voice was quiet, but the guardian spoke up and told ghost what he was wondering" "It isn't safe around here, we have to move" "Strafing along the Venus jungles quickly, they explored everywhere, trying to find that red eye once again" "Now where is it?", the guardian thought" "As in a dark room, ghost felt the terrible feeling of being watched" "My god, I got a bad feeling about this" Ghost expressed" "Excellent ghost, now something knows we're here" "It's not my fault!" "Sorry, no time to explain, I'm pulling out my weapon. Something going to pop out!" "Just before the guardian pulled out his weapon, a robot like creature with the same red like eye appeared pretty close to them, but they weren't in its sights" "Oh my gosh what is that thing?" Ghost asked" "Holy, I don't know, looks ugly though" "Now what?" "Creeping slowly towards it, it shifted its gaze and started to move closer towards them" "Extraordinary ghost, now it's coming this way" "Negative.", the creature replied as it heard them in the distance. "And you are?", the guardian asked loudly yelling towards it" The creature replied, "The answer is simple, read the first letter of every sentance"

Speaker is evil

Well, technically the worms inside of the hive are evil. And if you think about it, all of those races are millions of years older than humans in destiny, some even billions. With that in mind, do the guardians even know what true evil is?
-
Cheeseburgers can be evil sometimes. They may look peaceful and safe on the outside but inside they may just want to ruin your day. Be careful guardians.
-
why not option with hive and taken together
-
Shanks are not evil "BEEP BOOP" *Floats around*

Soooooo I have a theory. What if at the end of the 10 years, all of the enemies we are fighting now will have become our allies? It would make for an interesting twist. Variks could use his influence to become kell of house judgement, rally troops, and ally with the guardians out of respect since he knows how strong they are. Taox could show up in a stasis chamber along with a group of uncorrupted hive krill who escaped from the fundament. They refused to partake of the worms and Taox has worked with the traveller-allied species in the past so it could happen again. The new mysteries of the vault of glass reveal that the vex are less about destroying earth and more about maintaining the "pattern." As we destroy more and more vex minds, the true timeline is being restored and perhaps the vex would ally with guardians in an attempt to try maintain their pattern. The cabal lore entries allude to them running away from an incredible force. If we defeat them enough perhaps they could become humbled and maybe it will turn out that we were fighting a common foe (the darkness) the entire time.

The speaker & traveler weren't options. Someone should look in the lore of the original story lol.
-
The hive are bad guys, the vex too, but we don't know enough yet, so hive are most evil for now

None, the stranger said it. She said the hive is one evil but not the worst, then she said the vex is a despicable evil that hates other evils, but their is one true evil and i think its the guardians, the guardians will be forced to turn on themselves. Making it crucible wise a great idea, story wise amazing. Think about it vanguard fighting against corrupt guardians, small groups of gauardians forced into small resistances like osiris and other famous guardians have done. Forced to fight for survival with or againsr the other evils that plagie th galaxy, all to gain access to the traveler to end it all.
-
Why is fallen even an option. Skolas not happy.
-
Remember that for the hive, the guardians are evil...
-
I say they ALL are bad! I'd like to give the aliens a chance, if I had some guardian guys blowing MY friends and stuff up I'd be shooting at them too, but they (fallen anyways) have invaded earth! They asked for it. As for the rest of em... anything that wants to shoot at me and kill me, needs to be dealt with. Guardian style!

Depends what side you're on. Good and evil is all about perception. I haven't read the book of sorrows but from what I've seen on the forums it seems as though the hive are trying to create a perfect universe where everything in it is there because it deserves to be (or something like that) and therefore to themselves they are good and we are evil because we want to stop them.

My take on this is such Fallen- the fallen seem to have a complicated past. It's been acknowledged that they don't belong here and are trying to return home. Also we have allied with fallen for a time Hive- lore has taught us that the hive made a poor deal with the worms for revenge and the worms corrupted them. Corruption isn't true evil, just poor choices. Therefore I do not belive the hive are truly evil. Which brings me to..... Taken- as far as we can tell the taken are mindless puppets of oryx, which ties into what I've already said regarding the hive Cabal- this one is simple. The cabal love war and we crossed into their territory. A love of violence isn't really considered evil. Therefore I don't think the cabal can be truly evil Vex- this one is complicated. The vex were torn into our world by the hive. And it has been proven that the vex can be "reprogrammed" by the paradox mission into the vault of glass. Does a being whose mind and motives can be changed in a such a way be considered evil? The vex are slaves to their own programming. And that is my take on each enemy. Arguments welcome I love a good debate
