They why the -blam!- does it lag so -blam!-ing much? I've been disconnected several times and only once did the connection recovery kick in. My team had to forfeit two flawless runs because of this bullcrap (and the Mercy not working on disconnects).
EDIT: My connection is not the problem. My ping is 4 ms, my download speed is 26.20 mbps and my upload speed is 7.33 mbps. I think I should be good if it's about my connection.

No need to cry when you losing. No need to whine and blame "lag" when it's you that just sucks
-
maybe because someone (or yourself ) download stuff while you are playing. you can have 4ms when you are testing but then ,just when your connection is tested for matchmaking, be at 80ms and be matched with bad connections. you need to make sure your internet connection is never more than 70% saturated while gaming to preserve optimum latency and jitter. there is shaper product to do that like the Netduma R1. basically you prioritise your PS4/xbox traffic and never go higher than 70 usage on your DSL..

Get better internet

I have great speed most of the time, but once its 4 - 0 someone on the other team red bars or one of us gets kicked. The first 2 weeks was simple because there weren't many cheaters, but now it seems like 1 in every 3 matches there is a cheater

Need dedicated servers

The only major complaint I have about this is that if your connection is red bar for the majority of a game you should be kicked. It is absolutely infuriating going against someone who is red bar and it looking like they are running by you, for you to shoot them then they run into a wall, and as you turn to look at them that same player shoots you in the back. wtf bungie? PLEASE implement a function that removes a player from the game if their connection stays red beyond a certain time frame (30 seconds perhaps would be fair or a minute?) I would say longer but trials are short games and any longer would do no good.

Edited by zJDz: 7/7/2015 8:16:36 PMCheck your internet connection. Directly connecting to your router is better than being on wifi.

You can bet that matchmaking is done on the best connection out of the three not the worst. It should be the worst which would then penalise the better 2! Didn't run trials this weekend but in fairness reds do appear to be less common for us than at the start. Maybe just a lucky run ATM

try upgrading your dial up

Oh man. Think about it buddy. If it is based in connection... Then either you, or someone in your fire team, has a poor connection. Trials is actually the only pvp mode I rarely ever have lag in. ALL matchmaking needs to be connection based imo

If you have a garbage connection the. You'll play folks with a garbage connection. Fix yo shit.

Check your own connection. Get a wired connection then go into your router settings and assign your console a static IP. If that doesn't help upgrade your internet. I get a little lag but reduced to almost none by doing this.

Really? I played a lot of game yesterday. like probably close to 30. On had one some what laggy match. but no one every got kicked out of any of the games man. So this leads me to believe that it is either you connection or a friend you play with since it happenes so much. Thats the way a P2P system works bud
