The last time a game was out of stock for me was 1999. People who say "just put $5 down hur durr" are just goons thinking they're being clever. Preordering is unnecessary in this day and age, and allows developers to be lazy or cut content at will, just to be sold later. Stop -blam!-ing preordering for some useless junk you think will make you a special snowflake in-game, your copy of the game will still be there even if you don't preorder. The [u]only[/u] times preorders are warranted is either when you're preordering a Collector's Edition, or in the very rare circumstance when you're absolutely, positively 110% sure that you are going to purchase the sequel, because the first installment of the series was so insanely good.
