Elder Cipher Fix?
So my cipher bounty still isn't working, but I heard that you had to kill Skolas again. Can someone give me confirmation on whether or not this works.

3 RepliesThe patch notes were worded terribly. They should have just stated "players will not get the cipher retroactively for previous boss kills". FYI, I just got my 3rd Elders Cipher after defeating the level 34 boss, and I've not yet done Skolas on that character. What is "broken" about your cipher????
