Supposedly at level 20 all stats gain a small buff, but it doesn't show anywhere.
It could be cool if at level 100 you could invest ascendant alloys to convert it to adept.

You can see the buff on DIM. My Callus minitool is Level 1051 and it has +10 range, +2 Stabillity, +2 handling and +2 reload. The +2 are for reaching level 20.
