For those that think incandescent would be overkill on RD. I would recommend taking a look at destabilizing rounds. I would argue that it is a much stronger and better version of incandescent and voltshot

Even just volatile in general, really good on big groups, and let's you focus on a boss if there's ads around it, you just make him volatile, pop the volatile, ads die, and you continue the damage while dealing damage
