Disagree. Even if AE penalty is gone, the fact that your uptime on the increased movement has been nerfed makes these a waste of an exotic to me. Fast movement is amazing...but only if it is consistent IMO. Wasn't a big stompees user anyways so not too upset overall, but no lie these went from a 'might use sometimes ' Exotic to a permanent vault resident in my eyes.
