The requirements did not change, only enforcement. If you did not meet the requirements and still chose to play the game causing negative impacts on other players, forcing bungie to enforce the rules.
I would recommend stop worrying about your fake discrimination and spend the time to troubleshoot your connection. You still have not listed any of the stats on your connection.

1. “Fake” discrimination is a false statement. I have proven that it is in fact real in the above replies. 2. An internet connection that physically cannot be improved because of a socioeconomic geography correlation need not be troubleshooted for 50th time. It simply cannot be improved until an internet company actually decides it cares for the human beings in underprivileged areas. 3. If you choose not to be helpful, why do you continuously respond to me? I simply wanted to speak with a dev, since Bungie does not allow for customer support or any other contact methods.

You "bought" a game knowing you did not meet the requirements, sorry. It is what it is bud. Devs do not reply to these types of posts as they typically devolve into pointless banter.
2. You’re creating a circular argument. These restrictions were not in place when i bought the game and effectively cause bungie to simply steal money from anyone that fell into that trap. Also, your language of “bud” seems to indicate a red herring argument. I cannot but simply say that you’ve lost traction.

The broadband requirement has always been on the game all the way back to destiny in 2014 https://imgur.com/a/Muy2b3S https://www.mobygames.com/images/covers/l/310972-destiny-xbox-360-back-cover.jpg My use of Bud is used to lessen any perceived condensation in my tone.

You will notice that there are no specific values, and in fact I played through the entirety of the first Destiny without so much as a warning. You keep leaving holes in your argument😅

Edited by TuxyDoh: 3/21/2020 8:50:00 PMYou will notice that there is an official definition of Broadband.
The official FCC broadband definition is a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload.
So, using the term broadband they are setting the values. In the help articles they even state the bare minimums. So your argument holds no water. Warnings are not a requirement, the requirements are printed on the case, in the online market places, etc. You chose to ignore them, so best of luck trying to convince anyone that Bungie did not make it known there were requirements.
