Snipers are good. I always have either a snipe or linear fusion on when playing strikes. I’m just assuming you think that snipes are bad strictly because they aren’t as good as shotguns but then didn’t consider they have 100000000x more range.

It could have unlimited range and it wouldn’t matter. Hardlight has unlimited range but does anyone use that??? No, I didn’t think so.

Also I’m all for a sniper buff. Anything to make hem better is fine but it’s like sharpening a knife that already cuts you when you look at it.

Snipers can do large amounts of damage from far away. Which means you can deal lots of damage to a boss from a long distance and not take damage. They also one hit ads like the other snipers and mortars. Idk why you think that every weapon should be good at everything. I wouldn’t use a snipe point blank just like I wouldn’t use a shotgun from 50-100 meters away. Snipers are good and so are linear fusions, people just don’t feel like getting an ounce of skill in PvE of all places to use one effectively because of how easy shotguns are to use.
