Bearbeitet von OldManSlippery: 2/4/2015 10:58:00 AMCorrect me if I'm wrong but wouldn't one nova bomb or fist of havoc clear out that whole area? I don't pvp much but don't other supers break the bubble?
-
Alot of tough talkers in this thread...Yet I don't see anyone assembling a team and going to challenge these guys Lol.......
-
ITS NOT A FUXKING GLITCH! ITS NOT AN EXPLOIT! ITS A PART OF THE FUXKING GAME! FUXK YOU!
-
Here is another group that posted a video, it's not even a glitch!! 51-0
-
NERF NOW BUNGIE. This takes no skill or teamwork your just $hitting orbs everywhere so you and your fire team get infinite supers to be invincible. Period
-
Oh my god! You mean someone found a strategy using a specific set of characters and gear! Change the game! Don't allow strats or teamwork!
-
Really? That's called team work. Just because everyone is using supers doesn't mean its a glitch. They are helping each other out by dropping orbs of light and using their character perks along with armor perks. This strategy is even used in raids, strikes, and even nightfalls. Get better at the PvP and use team work and you can do this too. Then you will see how easy it is to win. This is not cheating or glitching. Its using your perks and team work to get the job done.
-
It actually isn't a cheat or exploit or anything. It is using strategy.
-
-blam!-in tattle tale snitch fag
-
Its not exactly cheating. More like exploiting a flaw. Kinda like when we use to push Templar. Even tho I think its cool, it is OP for crucible. Only way I could see to fix it is regardless of gear, for crucible only a titan defender can only spawn one orb. On a side note, BRAVO! Brilliant strategy in using this "unique to titans" flaw. I wouldn't challenge this team lol
-
Ok, I just saw the video and I think it's a little op, even if it's just a strategy. Bungie please don't make something dumb, you only need to do this: first super 6 orbs, second super 7 orbs, third super 9 orbs, fourth super 12 orbs... Etc. This way you won't break the game the charge time would be normal, and you would only notice the nerf of the orbs in the fifth or sixth super.

Bearbeitet von AlTrio: 2/3/2015 3:17:53 AMDamn. Has anybody who posted here saying it's legit teamwork actually watched the video? Has anybody saying it's an easy strategy to counter actually watched the video? It's an exploit that lets you be in a constant state of supercharge, I wouldn't really call that teamwork. They're not working together, they've just got a good portion of the team playing as orb factories. Infinite supers. Have you ever been playing crucible, only to be annoyed when a hunter one-hit KOs half of your team with golden gun? Got frustrated when a titan Fist of Panic'd you? Ran away when you saw a Bladedancer heading your way? This strategy is only that. It works by getting 4 defender titans with the Crest of Alpha Lupi on your team, with two people for offence. Typically a warlock and a hunter. With the Crest of Alpha Lupi on, the Titans collectively generate 12 orbs every super use, while they only need 7 to pop another bubble. All the titans need to do for the entire game is activate super to generate orbs for the offensive players, nothing else. So, you're going against a team with a massive defensive fort that has limitless offensive capabilities, what do you do? Do you snipe? Lure them out? Try some supers of your own? Wait for heavy ammo to spawn? Maybe go rushing in with a shotgun? Nope, nope, nope, nope and definitely nope. Sniping: They have a lovely little shield active, courtesy of one the defenders. This lovely little shield means that even with a headshot you can't one-hit anybody who happens to poke their head out, even if you could get a clear shot on a moving target while they're sending a super your way. You headshot them, they don't die, they shoot you with Golden Gun, you lose. Luring them out: What does it matter if they come out of the bubble to chase you? They've got infinite supers. They'll chase you halfway across the map, kill you with their super and just go back to the bubbles to recharge. Rinse and repeat, you need to play offensively, they're the ones that can just wait in the bubbles the whole match for a win. Supers of your own: Congratulations! Being the amazingly coordinated team you no doubt are, you managed to get everybody on your team organized with a super ready. You rush in, tear down their bubbles, and wipe their entire team. Great. Now you've used up all of your supers, but they're still all super charged with a whole lotta orbs waiting for them. They run back to the staging area, put up some more bubbles, and you're back to the drawing board. Heavy: Heavy ammo is so very, very limited. It won't burst their bubbles, it won't even kill them if you run inside and suicide with a rocket launcher courtesy of the Armour of Light, but you can at least get a few kills on their hunter and warlock with it, right? Right. Provided they don't just run to the heavy ammo spawn with a super for anybody who tries to take them (they do), you'll get a few kills if you're fast enough with the rockets, but that's it. Far from enough to win. Shotgun: No. Just no. Anybody else have suggestions on how exactly you can beat a team with infinite supers without getting some infinite supers of your own? I'd love to hear them, but between you and me, I doubt they'd work. Solution: Orbs already give diminishing returns based on how the super energy was acquired. If your super is charged solely with orbs from your teammates, the orbs you'll produce are less potent then the orbs of somebody who generated super by killing majors. There is, however, a minimum amount of super that each orb can give. The easiest way to fix this exploit, and yes it is an exploit, is to remove the minimum amount of super that each orb can give and just make them go lower and lower till they give virtually nothing, or none at all. It wouldn't affect any defenders who used their super legit, and it wouldn't ruin Alpha Lupi. Really though, why would anybody actually want to do this? There's no advantage to winning or losing, and it looks like it'd be extremely boring on both teams. I sure as hell wouldn't want to play a titan doing nothing but sitting in a bubble generating orbs for the offensive guys all day, and what's the point of playing if you're just going to one-hit everything with Golden Gun anyway? I just don't see why anybody would want to play like this and least of all why people on these forums would defend them playing like this.
-
If they just stop running in their supers will run out. Simple to stop it, they just didnt figure it out. Not an exploit.

Bearbeitet von Toc Dabbers: 2/6/2015 11:19:34 PMThis Is strategy. I don't use it, but it is. Maybe in raids I do use it here and there... Whatever. Let's get this vog and Crota glitches fixed first. Actually listen to the community, I know I read these forums a lot. The weapons were fine. Buff to pulse rifles for sure, but do you think fans really care about that?? You acknowledge heavy ammo at least.... But the problems with the raids need fixed. Not solely the exploits. And a rare occurrence with oversoul. Shriekers not spawning was also very rare. What about the common stuff????
-
Looking for a team to do this strategy with :P
-
Havent actually seen this used (i don't play a lot of crucible though). It doesnt seem like it would be that effective.
-
Dude, what this is is a feat of teamwork, if you don't like it then get yourself some Titan friends to go dominate the crucible with.

Bearbeitet von Atsona: 2/5/2015 4:16:35 PMOmg deadchickz is that you lol from sr? Damn dude come to ps4 every one from sr is on xbox xp Yup its u damn got hobo alive and David in clan

Remove orbs from pvp. Problem solved. Orbs have no place in pvp anyway. Your super in pvp should be something you worked towards. Not something you've been fed by someone else.
-
I'm sorry for being "that guy" but you have a spelling error in 'titans'
-
I like how only now people realize about this. I thought more people would know about this by now.
-
So beautiful....yet so broken
-
So this is how You rule control without owning a single flag... Just ban the armor ban the bubble ban the super ban PvP. This is not cheating or glitching just using whats there, if test Players didnt come up with such Combo they just were not so much into the game or teamplay. so kudos to These guys, the Titan finally has his place in PvP. redemption for golden gun and phoenix. i just hope i dont run into a bubble Team when i hit the always thorn in the back 500 void bounty with my unfit weaponset again.
-
This is NOT an exploit! This is teamwork at it's best. I am so sick of people crying that everything needs to be fair and I should get everything right now! People need to stop acting so damn entitled. There is always someone better, stronger, faster, and smarter than you and that's OK! Life is not always fair and not everyone gets a damn trophy.

Bearbeitet von NoVaB6: 2/4/2015 4:11:01 PMJust ti be clear, my fireteam and I were the first people to do this, we named it "bubble buddies". Tell me how to link the post and I'll prove it.
