I don't care if they add it or not but you will most likely still have all the problems described above. I don't understand why people think it will fix all of the lfg issues and everyone will be able to raid.

That seems to be the least important issue on your list. I don't understand why people think this is the panacea for finding raids. I doubt they will implement it because of the complexity and potential issues but if they do, I hope it helps you out.

How come other games have it?? If it's this complex thing that is so difficult to code, how do other games offer it??

There is a big difference between coding something up front and adding it later. They didn't plan on having matchmaking so there is nothing there for it. To implement it, they have to add it to existing code without breaking existing functionality. That is no small feat when there is already millions of lines of code.
