Yes, and as consumers of easily the biggest hobby in the world, it is 100% your choice to buy a game/DLC or not, If you can wait it out and see if videos live up to there trailers, buy it.
No one told you to outright buy a game/DLC because "hype" that's not responsible or very smart, because that leaves room for disappointment.
