I don't think people have an issue with this. We all know iPhone 7 is already developed when we buy 6... The issue with the game is that it is so limited people feel the DLC should have been in the original. If the original had more depth then there would be no issue. If the devs didn't assume they would sell DLC then I'm certain the original would have had more to it.

If the devs weren't working on DLC they probably would have been working on a different game altogether which also would not have been included in the original base purchase. I've personally put in over 200 hours in Destiny. To me it's been well worth the $60 purchase. Could it have been better, sure, but worth the $60 all the same.

I love the game, don't get me wrong. And I'm not saying they should have been working on the game and no DLC inthat month. I'm just saying that if this wasn't activision/bungie and it was just a standard dev they would never have produced a game with so little content. I think that because they knew they'd sell DLC they decided to cut the base to bare scraps in order to sell more. I don't think anyone could argue that the level of content is sufficient at all. Also does playtime include 3 minute loading scenes every 7/8 minutes? Genuine question.
