The main thing I agree with out of what you are saying is that it is not cool when areas of games are artificially closed off to limit player creativity in battles. I also agree with you that it seems.. note I say seems.. that one of the main reason for altering the mythoclast aside from it's PVP balance issues was the relative ease at which people were suddenly getting one due to glitching, and save sharing etc etc. I don't even have a mythoclast so I cannot comment personally on it's balance.. only based on what I have heard.

np your welcome. As I say I cannot speak too certainly about mythoclast because I do not have one. It does seem though like they did a big nerf on it though and I cannot imagine that was for PVE alone. I'm sure they tested the game a lot before release and it would be strange if they were THAT off in how much damage they thought the gun should do initially.
