Would be amazing if Bungie included this feature in the tower. Where you can go test out new weapons you receive and level them up at the range if you'd like. The more challenges you do at the shooting range the more XP you earn to upgrade the weapon. Could be similar to Perfect Dark and how their firing range challenges were set up. I recall spending many hours trying to get all the bronze, silver and gold stars just to unlock more guns.
