Probably family timer

Hmm I guess that works, there are quite a few cutscenes in Assassin's Creed games, and they can be longer than most games. But still, for that to affect playtime the timer would have to be on like the most minimal setting possible. I can't think of any of the other settings though so I guess that's most likely.

Parents might be mad and never let me play it again if they saw something they didn't like, even though I'm 15. I'll be watching the cutscenes on YouTube once I've completed each part of the campaign, though.

I weep for people like you who have parents so [i]woefully[/i] ignorant like this. Do they not know that a game called [i]Assassin's[/i] Creed involves killing or something? And if they do, what exactly do they "not like" (because on the scale of things that might be deemed 'harmful', I'm pretty sure that killing is at the top of the list)? And are they totally unaware that you can just freely watch the cutscenes on Youtube? I just... I'm sorry, but your parents are fools. They sound analogous to the nutters who claim that "violence in video games makes people violent in real life".

Yes they are. And since I use headphones when I watch all YouTube videos, what they don't know can't hurt them. If you've ever seen GangstaRap based on the Star Wars movies, I've seen that many times before and also some of the best Samuel L. Jackson quotes and the spoof Seri commerical starring him. He curses a lot, but then again they won't know and I'm not sure they care much. If they know about it or it's in a video game or can be heard by my younger siblings, they get touchy. The marines in Halo curse and they just commented once and didn't say anything about it after that. They don't care about killing. I played Halo ODST, Reach, 4, 3, C&C Tiberian Sun, SW Battlefront II, SW Republic Commando and others. In fact, the only game I've played that doesn't involve killing is NFS Most Wanted. I beat that game fast and picked up on Halo once I was bored with it. My dad especially knows that we won't be violent in real life if we are playing violent video games. We just look up everything in the game he might be worried about, present it to him with filters on and everything, let him see gameplay and then he decides yes or no. Much of the time it is a yes unless it's COD with torture, killing civvies and all that. They don't like language, sex themes, torture, gore, blood or anything like that. It's weird but they bought me Battlefront II and it has mild language on the back, yet they hate language. Another thing that is inconsistent is D.C. Universe Online (pretty cheesy game, only played it once), has mild language, suggestive themes and yet since I didn't tell them about that since I haven't heard the language and the themes and blood are nothing to worry about. It's a world of contradictions here.

It might be worth investing in one of the many gaming headsets that puts the audio through the headset, and then you can just mute the tv volume, and then there you go, you can play the complete game.

It's not my choice, unfortunately or I would watch them all.
