Thread Creation Dates/Bringing Up Muting Again/Hashtags

So lately, I've been seeing a ton of old threads being bumped to the front page. Now, before I used the "Posted on this date" (Picture; red square) to determine if a thread was new, or if it had been bumped from the depths of hell. Now, I could easily tell which threads had been last posted in, by whom, and when, with the "Last post" (Picture; green square), and this would make it easier to tell if something had overtaken a thread that I was paying attention to, but someone had also posted in that thread. Moral of the story, there were many things better about the old layout. I'd also like to bring up my idea with the muting system again;
I actually had an idea pertaining to this...if I mute someone I want their thread to move to the bottom of my front page if it would be on the front page normally, and have the next thread on page two take its place.
If this were implemented, I may have a reason to use the mute button. Otherwise it's basically throwing line breaks in the place of threads that I could actually participate in. Thirdly; Hashtags: So when you try to put a main forum tag in your hastags (ie #community) it will say something along the lines of "You cannot use a main forum category in your topics" and will not erase your hashtag. If you go to edit your post, the hashtag is still there, and you'll get this popup when trying to save your edit again. Also, would feedback threads be better in the community forum?
