Hi there. Please check your [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/User/Account/EververseHistory]Eververse Purchase history[/url]. If you see the Advanced Prototype Jumpship listed and under Quantity it says "Refund", then you may have refunded the wrapped Eververse package by mistake instead of opening it. If that's the case, your Silver should have been refunded and you can buy it again.
If you don't see the ship listed at all around when you recall making the purchase, then you may have purchased something else or it didn't get processed for some reason. Check your [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/User/Account/SilverBalanceHistory]Silver balance history[/url] in that case.

I have checked it. Like I said. The silver is gone from my balance. But I didn’t get the ship in my inventory or collection. So I contacted Bungie and they say post it here. But there are to options: 1 give me the ship. 2 give me the silver back. But they refuse to help in any way.

It’s not showing anything. Not what I bought on Xbox and what I bought on pc. Have that problem for ever (playing Destiny for more then 10years now) Told them that to. Even the praxis blades are not visible in the history . And I can show that I have them ingame. But like I said. I had 9000 silver on my account. Bought the blue/green praxic blade and got it. Bought the ship and didn’t get it. Silver balance 7000. -1000 for the blade -1000 for the ship Bungie acknowledged that I bought it. But they are not resolving the issues. They just say post it on the forum. Last email I got was about a DLC and the complaint is not even about a DLC. See attachment.

You can try another ticket if they said they can see your purchase that is more than anyone else can see, including yourself if you silver history is blank.
