Goodday. I need some help.
I bought a ship in the store. Ship was 1000 silver but it’s not in my invertory.
I bought a praxic blade to and I got that one. Opened it in my profile (blue box)
Picture is added to the post.
I contacted Bungie about it and they refuse to help.
Their answer was to post it here.
I checked my purchase history and it’s not there. The silver is gone from my balance.
When I look into my collection, I can’t get it. When I look into the store, I need to buy it again.
Is there a way to fix this problem?

If you see the Advanced Prototype Jumpship listed and under Quantity it says "Refund", then you may have refunded the wrapped Eververse package by mistake instead of opening it. If that's the case, your Silver should have been refunded and you can buy it again. If you don't see the ship listed at all around when you recall making the purchase, then you may have purchased something else or it didn't get processed for some reason. Check your [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/User/Account/SilverBalanceHistory]Silver balance history[/url] in that case.
