Bungie spend massive amounts of time, money, energy and resources on creating some of the best environments in gaming, but then force us to rush through it and not allow us the time to take it all in. Sometimes we don’t appreciate those at the company that make these cool environments (except Kepler, as it’s 🐶💩) enough. If I worked at Bungie doing the environments I’d despise and ridicule the people putting timers in the game where my work was. The conversation might go something like this, Me : “Hey, 🍆 head, next time I’ll just copy and paste Minecraft graphics for the environment.” Uncreative Bungie Timer idiot: “ Huhuhuhuh why?” Me: “ Well seeing as you put another timer in there, you’re forcing people to rush through, they won’t have time to appreciate my work or explore the cool environment I made.” Uncreative Bungie Timer idiot: “ Huhuhuhuh, timers are cool, git gud scrub.” Me : “ You’re a -blam!--ing idiot”.
