Time limits are terrible!!!
Who on earth at Bungie thought that everything has to be some sweaty speed run? Get to end with multiple revives and blam, clock expires and you are screwed. One mistake and every revive I have earned gone. Straight to orbit and a BIG FU. Garbage.
Your constant tinkering with this game is getting tiresome. You are actively sucking the fun out of this game.

1 AntwortenTime limit on Fire & Ice is impossible! Bungie let everyone for weeks use this timer glitch. Now once i have the praxis blade I can’t use the glitch. I don’t think that is very fair Bungie. Some of us are Titan Mains and these jumping puzzles take forever. But allow others to get infinite time then take it away is not cool at all. Bungie Please Take that timer away so some of us can get the catalysts, or did we just miss the bus when this glitch was active. Always some FOMO BS! The casuals that play as much as we can just get screwed now? Come on. The have held on thru all expansions, and now you block me from getting part of the coolest weapon ever.

I'm currently in the process of trying to get through the Derealize Master Conquest. There is no way on planet Earth anyone could have thought the mission was doable under eighteen minutes. The timer runs out before you even hit the jumping puzzle.

If they made it easy so just everyone can do it, Streamers won’t have anything brag about. The game is made for them to bring new gamers, old gamers are no longer relevant.

Yea revives and time on EVERY activity is rough. Lawless frontier makes sense. You got a mission, get in, do the job, and exfil before too much heat comes down. My solo op against “insert non story important boss here” shouldn’t have a timer. Revives would make more sense without the timer as well. Rewarding you for playing well and punishing you for being sloppy. But even that irritates me sometimes. Guardians come back from being killed, that’s their schtick. In things like raids and dungeons you can at least pass it off as “the darkness is so oppressive that there is only enough energy for some amount of revives.” But even that is such bs sometimes. Losing after slogging through an encounter despite it being tough and having people die, only to have some random guy you are gaming with get killed for either a good or bad reason, and then lose because only 5 made it to the finish line themselves? Sorry man, we can’t defeat the witness, Jimmy died and we are out of revives. Five people are left but it just wouldn’t be right without Jimmy 🙄

Agreed. I posted a couple of months ago how not even Esoteric beat the time limit on his solo flawless run of The Whisper, Pinnacle Ops. It took him 21 minutes and Bungie somehow thinks a 15 minute time limit is appropriate. I don't mind timers but all Pinnacle Ops timers need a major adjustment! Impossible for a Solo player!

Dungeons, same as above 3. Nightfalls or Grand master Vanguard Alerts or whatever they are called now. 4. Conquests at Ultimate level. Every where else they should be OPTIONAL for flex bonuses only, or even just not exist. If some people want to spend 1 hour + on an exotic mission on legendary to get one of the praxic blade catalysts (for example) then they should be able to do so. How has that affected anyone else getting it? I’d argue that less skilled players have earned that piece of gear as much as, if not more so, than those of us that glide through content with time to spare. However I’m sure some 🫏 🕳️ who just loves to gatekeep, spew out “git gud”’s everywhere like a kid puking up Halloween candy and just be a short sighted elitist p**** will disagree with me. Ho hum, just another day that ends in a “y” on the Destiny forums I guess. Merry Christmas everyone.

Fully agree! Bungie only caters to the sweats and streamers. The greater population of this game is damned. They act like have a player population in millions. Completely denying they are circling the drain. So much of this smug elitism nonsense could be lifted, it’s as if they want the game to die.

Misadventures are using up most of my Revives the last two weeks, Bungie ... Limited Revives are bad!!! Especially with the amount of enemies that that keep spawning at the end of Contract missions

I genuinely miss the days of "normal " and "master" difficulty versions of things. I don't have any issue personally with the difficulties as they are but, they are annoying for the sake of being annoying, it feels like. Timers and modifiers have a place in difficult content but it shouldn't be a blanket thrown over everything. "Fun" is an afterthought it seems. There are weapons I wont even consider using because I know they don't compete with anything else. It's a shame really, there's fun weapons that just limp di+k all over the shop. Well, and who cares about weapons anyway since abilities are king. I love space magic but it's come to a head I feel like.
