About 20 of those 45 steps and im undercutting it probably is going to the random npcs and speaking to them and then getting prompted to sit at the bar to talk to an npc then go to another one. The missions you do get to do are good and the story again is great. After the campaign though there's nothing, literally nothing to do i finished did the quests after and then looked at my lightsaber looked at the cantina and logged off.

Yeah so like edge, but even less? I got really bored of the npc nonsense so logged off after the venus extraction. It just smacks of extending playtime & a soft intro to marathon. Maybe they're trying to bore people to switch to marathon 😁

It's a 7 month season too, June/July seems a lifetime away right now

Just dont see how you stretch this that long lol. Steam charts which i always preach arent a good representation as steam is the smallest community even looked horrible. Peak 70k I couldnt imagine it hit over 300k for all consoles.

I'd say thats around double what it has been the last few months, so I'd guess we see possibly 600'000 day one (edge was 811'000). But the falloff is gonna be wild. I think the story so far is awful, in that I'm including all the bugs, the missing dialogue, the cutscenes ending too soon, the skip button not working, the busywork/padding, the soft locks, it performs really badly. What's wild is there's people in this thread who are saying 9/10, bungie are back (the guy did 2 missions, died about 35 times, then played private PvP matches) another guy saying bungie nailed it (he did 1 mission then got lost in tharsis junction it seems) & others saying it great who havent even logged in.

70k peak on steam is really bad… would be very surprised if there is any significant new content given these numbers

Depends how steep the falloff is I think. But 1/4 million down from edge, is worrying. Need to see some spin, some top quality copium to make me 😁

To be fair I was fortunate and didn't get story bugs and it was amazing if it was campaign only I would say it's probably second best even a contender for best story for an expansion. However 8 hours of content isn't enough to save the season.
