You're just having bad RNG. Nothing else. It's not bugged, you're just unlucky.

I’ve done 100 runs since Tuesday, that’s not a guess I counted and I got 1 shotgun. That’s a 1% chance out of 100 to get it to drop. No item on destiny has that low of a % chance to drop so obviously there’s an issue other than my rng. Hence why I asked for bungie mod or staff for assistance not a opinion.
